Pros (+) I went with my boyfriend who lives in Colorado and we try to find as much time to see each other and make it the best we can. We were treated so amazing thanks to George and Marco. I had the best weekend with many thanks to them and we will definitely be coming back :) THANK YOU!!!!

Cons (-) Flight left me and I Sent them Proof from American Air Lines Then they promised me to re-booking amount, week left and did not recover the amount Whenever I tried to contact them A person who on the counter Transfer my calls to The Department Competent and No one answers no one call me back again ..... they are thieves

Pros (+) Location and pool.
Cons (-) Dirty pool, dirty spa, dirty room, expensive forn nothing. Even the holiday inn has a slepers and more clean the bathroom and bedroom. The closet was broken, and they gave us a room for special capabilities i dont know why.

Pros (+) The W Miami is a beautiful hotel with amazing amenities. The rooms are luxurious with king size beds and large bathrooms. The fitness center has all the machines needed for a good workout, and a hot tub for after the workout. There is a large pool on the 15th overlooking the bay. I can't wait to return.

Pros (+) Amazing room, will definitely go here again. Staff was helpful in providing a room when Amoma failed to make a reservation for the hotel. If you are booking a hotel room from kayak through a third party, buyers stay away from Amoma!

Pros (+) Modern, cool, hip--like all W Hotels. Unlike some, there wasn't loud music playing at 3 am at the upstairs club. View is great. Gym is good, but a bit of a haul to get to as it is in a different building.
Cons (-) Hotel messed up my bill quite badly and overcharged me by about $500. Only attempted to resolve after I had to intervene at check-out and again over the phone (and I still haven't seen the final refund come through via the bank).
