Very beautiful hotel
The receptionist wanted to charge me for things that was suppose to be free. They charged for things on my card that was absolutely crazy.

I have been over charged we found the remainders of drug use in the safe in the bedroom the breakfast included was a minimal breakfast, anything cooked was additional
they could have not overcharged us!

Our stay in Milan was excellent. Clean room, good service. The receptionists we're very helpful as far as directions and references to restaurants. No complaints!!
