Great location
Disco bath tub and super comfy beds. Great location in midtown. Unique experience even with the small elevators. Highly recommend staying!
Drinks were a little pricey, but overall atmosphere and NYC influence may justify their cost. No in room coffee, but close proximity nearby.

MediocreFeb. 20172.5
Very poor experience
Location is good. Very Poor customer service. Room Key was not working @ 1am. They send me back n forth 4 times to check if i was doing something wrong or key was the problem. After that they figured out the lock battery was discharged and was recognizing the key. Then we Had to wait in the waiting area till 230am with my pregnant wife. I was so outraged with this but hotel staff was least concerned. Horrible experience & very expensive parking.

No food service and the champagne was extremely expensive at the bar but the room was clean and comfortable. We absolutely loved the bathtub and the staff was very nice. Nice hotel for a romantic getaway. Wouldn't recommend for families

Rough first night
Location is perfect. Bathroom was almost bigger than the rest of the room.
Air conditioner didn't work first day. Called when we first got to our room and they told us there is a sensor that activates it when you walk in. We came back late that night and it was still 80 degrees (thermostat was set at 64). I called down, someone said they'd send someone up. About 30 minutes later, nothing. I called back and they said they were switching shifts and the manager was looking for another room for us-they'd call when it's ready. I stayed awake 45 minutes longer, and packed up most of our stuff, still nothing. The next morning we went downstairs to try to get our a/c fixed and they sent the engineer up. We came back later that day...it was fixed. It was pretty uncomfortable sleeping in 80 degree humid room. Disappointed that we didn't hear back that night to get it fixed. After the first miserable night, it was fine. Lobby is very dark! No view at all. No room service.

Location is everything
The location is great. Close enough to walk to Times Square, the Empire State Building, Rockefeller Center, Grand Central, and lots more. The staff couldn't have been nicer or more helpful and there is valet parking if need be.
There isn't any room service available.
