I booked a room for my honeymoon, my wife and I just loved it. The place was clean every day of our stay. The staff was exceptionally nice and polite. My room was beautiful, super clean and comfortable... If you ever visit Niagra Falls, NY, I strongly suggest staying at the Fairfield.... Right across the street from the Seneca casino..... You won't be disappointed!

With only a few exceptions, the staff was terrific. The maintenance man addressed our door key issue very quickly and quietly, and we really appreciated the restaurant recommendations from Tyler, the young man who was working at the front desk when we first inquired about checking in. We did not however appreciate the fact that as we were checking out, the young lady working at the front desk was singing a song which included expletives, and in so singing, kept asking us to repeat ourselves.
We arrived early and our room was not ready, which was not a problem. However, when we returned several hours later we were told that the hotel was overbooked so we were upgraded from a king room, to a suite with a king size bed. That was fine, but it was a handicapped accessible bathroom, which meant that there was no bathtub, and there was limited closet space. We also did not like the lighting in the bathroom...not good for applying makeup...and there was no lighted magnifying mirror which could have addressed this issue.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. Super Quick check in. We we’re upgraded which was a great treat. The room was updated, clean and very comfortable. The morning breakfast was also a nice welcome. We will definitely stay here again.

Room and bathroom was clean but smelled like mold. Coffee was good, so was oatmeal.
Mattress was too soft. Eggs and bacon for breakfast were tasting like plastic!
