House was within walking distance to Niagra Falls. Kim was very friendly.
The house had an odor of being a very old house, like going to your grandmothers house. Room furniture looked and felt very old

I liked the decore and Kim was lovely-she Cooke a yummy breakfast and is willing to do whatever she can to make your stay enjoyable. About 10-15 minutes walking to more central part of town.
The water for the shower was cool in the morning (not at night)-probably because the house can’t handle too many people showering in the morning at once. Kim is amazing but on a busy weekend it’s too much for one person. Too much for one person on a busy weekend though.

Good, made to order, breakfast. Location was good for going to the falls.
Bed not very comfortable. Room not freshened except clean towels. Heat not on, so had to run a small heater. Old home that owners need to update, including electrical outlets. (Extension cords used as outlets.)
