It needs updated, better cleaning. Our bathroom smelled like stale smoke! It was awful

Staff was wonderful! Always nice and helpful. Skyline view was beautiful. Could see top of falls and Canadian skyline from our room which was amazing especially at nighttime!
When we first arrived the door to our room was slightly open. The door to our room took some work to shut and lock whenever we entered and left the room. It definitely needs to be fixed. Also when we first arrived we did find a used bar of soap in the bathtub.

“For those who staying because the niagara falls, 1 or 2 nights is pretty good, the staff are very helpful. in the resturant that the hotel gave you the breakfest voucher for those who go without it or dont have it you have all you can eat bufet for aproxematly 12$, but you can order from their menu and they cook your order on the spot (my daugthers chose this option and it was worth the money), the parking is 20$ a day but for hotel geust you need to ask at the reception for a ticket to put on your car dashboard, and the coffe machine in the lobby is free to use. they forgat to gave us extra towels and shampoo but if you request they will give you gladly.”
