Pros: Overall the staff was very accommodating, the location was great, and you get pretty much the basics that you'd want: cable tv, a fridge, microwave, a nice big bed, and working air unit.
Cons: the price was fair, but one thing I absolutely could not stand was the daily solicitations from one of the staff that I buy water or coffee. He would repeatedly knock on my door and almost even enter my room if I didn't answer quickly enough. It was infuriating. Housekeeping had a similar problem in that if you didn't answer them soon enough, they'd just take it as permission to enter the room which made the door signs for housekeeping useless. I could've went without the constant yelling across the courtyard from the housemaids.

Pros: Dirty! Really dirty! I don't know why they got those good revives, I travel a lot, and read reviews before I book my hotels, this one was a totally mistake!

Cons: The receptionist was rude!! He mistakenly overcharged me $10 yet showed zero apologetic attitude. Plus the towels had eyelashes and dust on them. Terrible experience.

Pros: Very clean, new TV and mini fridge. Wifi worked great. Staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. I was checked in by Kiki (I believe) and she was very kind and professional. After reading some of the reviews online I was preparing myself for the worst, but was very pleasantly surprised. Perfect motel if you're on a budget and need to stay someplace close to the city.
Cons: Pretty bad location in a seemingly bad neighborhood, but it was surprisingly quiet at night.

Pros: We made reservations for two nights for two rooms. We specifically chose this hotel bc it was walking distance to the hospital our sick family member was hospitalized. When we showed up to the hotel, they had given away our room which we had prebooked and prepaid for. I have written the hotel but still have not heard a response to have my money refunded.

Pros: Even before I arrived I was impressed...they called me while I was on the road to inquire about my special needs (ground floor room only), and when I got there the staff was friendly and helpful, clearly Asian of some type but speaking excellent English; and then I got to the room. Amazing! It looked like it was 'fresh out of the box', clean and neat and very well appointed...a desk one can work a laptop at, a firm mattress and plenty of soft but sturdy pillows...and don't get me started on the glass-walled shower. I blanched a little at the price tag but I have to say, in the end, it was well worth it. Next time I visit the Emeryville/Oakland area I'll be staying there for sure!

Cons: It's not super quiet. I hear lots of traffic and loud people cross by the room but it is expected at a motel this cheap. Put the AC on to drown it out.

Pros: No frills, but cost was good. I would bring your own towels, like any hotel/motel they are gross. Bathroom was nice and updated, much space to put your stuff out. TV Location Parking
Cons: Towels Noise Some people/area/location (shady) You had to be buzzed in and the check in pepilepsy were behind bullet proof glass.
