Light, clean, spacious, quiet, ideal location, good details relating to things to do, tours/trips etc. Large variety of food at breakfast, rooms cleaned thoroughly and neatly, regular checks by staff to ask if anything extra was needed (towels, refreshments etc).
Spa and gym were slightly disappointing. Steam room was out of order and air conditioning in gym was broken.

Great situation, great food. My advice to buy room with breakfast and dinner.
Everything is perfect, except toilet in same place with bed ) it's mean there is now wall between toilet and bed. Only glass door ) for me it's not so good.

Beach view once upgraded via your site
Staff were unhelpful and not willing to upgrade us even though we wanted to pay whatever the cost for a better room as our room was not acceptable and this was our honeymoon and meant to be special. The staff told us that there was upgrades but not possible to pay for them, which ended in me paying an extra £400 via booking.com to get a better quality room. Every time we asked about paying for an upgrade they informed to wait till next day for a manager who we never managed to see when we returned each day. Then the staff informed us it was not worth upgrading.
