Stylish hotel just 30 minutes from airport by walk or 10 minutes by car or taxi. The level of accommodation is good for the price. Room was nice even with large balcony.

You can smell smoke from cigarettes in the hotel.

Under the covid conditions the hotel did the best they could BUT the hotel room I had was in a rather poor condition to be honest... The staff were great though.

Great value for money, but...

Location is great, very close to the beach and Palma itself. It's very close to the airport (10 min bus ride), which is perfect and saves you a lot of time. Breakfast is good for a couple of days, food quality was good overall. Hotel overall is good for value-for-money ratio, if you are looking for something close to both beach and city.

Room looked different, than it was on the booking pictures. It was a bit weird - with bizarre design of walls and overall it was quite old-fashioned. Regarding breakfast - it is difficult to eat it for the whole week, since it's quite the same every day. Pastries were sometimes inedible, since locals are used to pork fat in meant-to-be-sweet pastries, but others probably don't. There also were construction works in the hotel, on the floors where the guests live, which is not really understandable (wasn't it possible to wait until November when there is no one?)

The location of the hotel is very good. It is close to everything and the beach is 2 minutes away. The staff is very nice and kind.

We happened to be exactly in the period when works were being carried out in the hotel as a result we were not able to rest during the day, after 8am.

The room was very dirty, there was a lot of hair in the floor. We had to report it to the receptionist and so they cleaned the room again.

The staff were very friendly and the location was great as it was less than 10 minutes from the airport in a taxi (Cost about €13). The bedrooms are a little out dated but they are practical and very clean. Breakfast was also fairly good as they had a range of options.

Breakfast not very exciting. Lady in charge was very nervous. I have stayed before and breakfast was better then.

Breakfast was excellent, although the restaurant staff were rather rude. My room slept four and had two bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a bath. The bed was very comfortable, although the bedroom was windowless. The lounge overlooked a small open area, quite a nice outlook.

No coffee or ability to make coffee in the room. I think you could make one down at reception but that was not suitable in the middle of the night!

The staff were wonderful and very helpful and friendly. The hotel is in need of modernisation and renovation but it is very very clean and we quite enjoyed the quirky nature and the old fashioned elements that you rarely find in the general hotel. This hotel is clearly family run, has a history and this created an overall charm. We really enjoyed our stay! Thank you for making our holiday so special!

Breakfasts were nice and not the same every day. Nice juices , fruit , very good coffee, some local food. The girls at the reception desk very helpful and always smiling.

The breakfast was a positive surprise - better than expected, with fresh, quality ingredients and a lot of variety. We didn't like the room much, but we did get a good night's sleep and it was easy to check out at 7am.

The walls are thin so we could hear guests from other rooms. The room was dark and the beds were twins, not one queen as requested. The bathroom smelled a little like sewage. We asked to cancel beyond our cancellation date due to health reasons, but our request was denied. There was no private parking and street parking was difficult to find. We stayed here to be close to the airport for an early morning flight. In retrospect, we would stay in Palma instead.

- nice, clean room with big comfortable bed - hotel located very near to the beach and main street with number of restaurants and bistros - very tasty breakfast with large variety of choice - common space to spend time together (sofas, tables, etc.) - very friendly and helpful staff - close to supermarkets (Spar & Eroski)

- leaking toilet - it was very hard to find the parking place near the hotel (of course it is not hotel's fault)

It was clean and personel was kind. Location was perfect for us. It wasn't problem that we have had late flight cause reception is open all the time.

Music in eating room-DRAMA...Unfortunately very poor menu for vegetarians

Good value for money, great location, only stayed three nights. It was great being near the airport, near bus stop or taxi rank

Except breakfast, everything was excellent.

I didn't like breakfast. Beans and bacon for British and German tourists. Any local food. Not boiling water (like 60-70 degrees). I couldn't make a tea.

Room was available when arrived no waiting around. Beds comfy and great nights sleep

Good location in the Heart of Palma de Mallorca. Quite close to beach and easy access to public transport, a lot of restaurant and supermarket close by.

Beware of Parking challenge as they don´t offer parking place. Only complain is with the bathroom as it was stinking at some point. Air conditioning was strange as it was not working for both room.

Sidney at reception went out of his way to order a takeaway for our young kids and us, as it was getting late and we had to get them ready for bed. The food from the restaurant he chose was excellent

Nice bed. I slept really well. Cozy balcony. Eroski Supermarket, Taxi, Restaurants and Beach within walking distance. Option to rent Bikes directly from the hotel. Helpful staff for organising day trips, Taxi in such things.

The breakfast could have had a bit more variety in fresh vegetables, but that might be because of the seasonal availability.

Nicely furnished and spacious room with balcony, decent - though tight - bathroom, good - not great - breakfast, well-located in town near transport options, restaurants, shops and not far from beach/promenade. Breakfast is served from 7am (most local hotels start at 8)

Wifi signal was weak and unreliable. Fridge was useless - I think the room was cooler than the fridge! Bathroom could have been bigger. Lots of steps up and down to get to rooms and breakfast is in the basement down some steep/winding steps.

Nice staff, they were very helful, good buffet breakfast, clean rooms, ladies that clean are very nice, always saying good morning and smiling. We also got umbrellas for the beach. Bus stop near for going to the centre or until S'Arenal, taxi stand near, even if you are going on tours they pick you 2 steps at the hotel. The airport is around 5 mins from the hotel in taxi and cost only EUR 10 even in the bus it cost EUR 5 per person

Our refrigerator in the room was not working so we were a little bit annoyed with that. But at the reception they never refused to put our drinks in their refrigerator, so that was perfect.

Details that requires a twin room was not passed to hotel, so initially given a double room. Staff able to recover the situation but really worth checking

The room was very clean, the bathroom was clean and functional, and the air condition was operating silently. The staff of the hotel is very friendly and helpful.

The Hotel has some patina, which is ok, not every hotel can be brand new and I was not expecting it either. Some items should be looked after and renewed. The restrooms behind the Lobby for instance.

We have stayed here after late arrival into Palma, several times. Staff are very helpful. Problem with our key this time but we were promptly moved to another room. Good hassle-free stopover. Excellent breakfast!!
