Situated in a quiet cul-de-sac in the 13th arrondissement of Paris, to the south of the Seine River, the bed and breakfast offers guests an attractive room with Wi-Fi, a double bed and a private bathroom. Bed & Breakfast The Welcoming Dragon is located in a modern building with a lift (which is available from the 1st floor up). This bed and breakfast offers guests a 9m2 room with a double bed for 1 or 2 people, 100% pure cotton sheets, a bespoke headboard with reading lights, a solid-wood dresser, two bedside tables, a work desk and a double-glazed window. Next to the room there is a lovely private bathroom with a shower, hairdryer and toilet. Wi-Fi is available throughout the property, and guests can also ask the owner to make use of the telephone to make free landline calls to almost 150 countries. Run by an American who also speaks Japanese and several European languages and lives in the property, the bed and breakfast also boasts beautiful views over Avenue D’Ivry, one of the main streets in the area. This is a very quiet, yet popular area, with everything you would expect from a large metropolis like Paris. This area is well known in the city for its large Asian population, with authentic restaurants with exotic flavours and affordable prices. The excellent metro system means you can easily reach the sights and all parts of the city. Within 5 minutes’ walk you can reach a large shopping centre. The famous Jardin des Plantes, which is located on the banks of the Seine, is also not too far away.
