It was well located in the Old Town. It was clean and everything worked.

Some issues about access or checking in after hours.

The location and the staff was very reactive.

Everything was great. The worst thing was to go up several steps to our room with the luggage.

Very reasonable price and good location in main street and Sunday market (the traffic would be block out after 15pm). Really friendly and helpful staff who's coming to unlock the door while the card isn't working. Nice features combine with old house and modern design.

No lift. The water pressure is very small at the sink. The key card isn't working and we have to call to reset the swipe. It's not easy to see the ID setting with loud music disturbing from the market. The traffic noise from midnight till late is horrible and unbearable, even with 2 layers window and located on the 3rd floor with curtain's on No Help! So if you're a light sleeper or travel with kid, don't ask the room face to the main street. Since it's more like B&B style guesthouse, I can understand with ants, but not expecting to see cockroach eating in our bin! My friend has cockroach-phobia so it's zero tolerance to stay in the room with it. The air-condition is just above the our heads and since my friend has fever and feeling cold, we have to turn off the AC. So it'd be nice if there is a fan provided. Due to the traffic noise and no window open, with no AC no fan, it is hectic and uncomfortable to sleep.
