They keep your ID to get in the playacar zone and then ask you again for an ID to do the check in. If you dont have 2 ID's they dont give you any option. They can comunicate but still they dont care.

My girlfriend and I had an absolutely amazing stay at this hotel. We had to stay a few days extra in Playa del Carmen because I suffered a knee injury and the staff couldn't have been more helpful. They ordered us taxis all the time, constantly brought ice to my room, and went above and beyond to make the stay so much more pleasant. The rooms are incredible, the breakfast was superb, the pool area is great for relaxing with a nice view of the golf course. We are so thankful and would recommend anyone to stay here.

Pushy staff in reception. We bought way to expensive tickets for Xcaret from them. Discount for extra was promised but non existent and souvenirs was just a plate.

All villas in this hotel are finely furnished and decorated. Each suite offers central air conditioning, satellite T.V. and telephone. Finishing details tastefully combine wood, marble and granite, creating an irresistible atmosphere of tranquility and comfort. Additional services that Hacienda Vista Real has to offer are: designer swimming pool with bar service, rentals and discount green fees at the golf course. Hotel doesnt have direct access to the beach but a taxi cab charge about 7 usd and the beach club ares is 10 mintues away.Breakfast is included in room rate.
