Good programs. bubbly swiming party and silence party. Foods are really good. steak and all foods are very tasty. some foods are strong and solty but still ok.

1. hotel pribiate sea.. we cant go into the sea water due to lots of seaweed. its very diffrent with cancun hotel zone. 2. extra money to rent bed near swiming pool. 3. wokers are very kind but everytime offering the special menu required extra money. it makes us feel burden. 4. no information and proper photo about gurden room and not gurden room. 5. reception desk doesn't pick up the phone usually. we have to make call several times. 6. lack of the advertising about their program. bubble party and silence party.. they have good programs but once check in, they dont give any useful info anymore. 7. when we get there first time there is uphill right before front door but workers doesnt help until we get to the enterence. they kindly give their hands only we carry all backs in front of them and enterence stairs.

some upgrades going on but not huge inconvenience

The property was a great condition, very clean and everything was at a good distance.

I can’t say i found something I personally dislike. One thing I notice was coconuts still attached to the coconut trees, I though one could fall and scare someone.

Beautiful main courtyard and pool area. Rooms were very spacious and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Restaurants, bar areas, and cafe were all excellent. On-site activities were fun and staff helpful to recommend excursions. Our favorite was Riviera Maya tour (snorkel with turtles, cenote tour and Tulum Ruins). The proximity to town and the ferry to Cozumel were a big plus. First time doing an all-inclusive and definitely got our money’s worth.

Unfortunately for some of my family, there rooms were across a section that was closed for renovations so their courtyard view was not the best. This was just timing and look forward to see Hilton’s renovations. Also, one of the rooms had a strong smell of sulfur. Property staff were helpful and the smell did gradually dissipate. I am confident if it was unbearable, the staff would have moved guests to another room. We did not take advantage of the beach as much. The area is still contending with a large amount of sargassum (seaweed) drifting ashore. But that is Mother Nature at work. Just feel bad for the staff that try their best to clear areas out - it’s a lot of work! We thoroughly enjoyed our pool time instead - bubble party a hoot - opt for paying for a cabana for that!

Very clean hotel. Friendly staff keeps a drink in your hand at all times! The pools were nice & not overly crowded. All the restaurants we ate at were great, I probably gained 10lbs! Had grilled lobster for lunch & dinner about every day!

The beach wasnt very good because of the seaweed so we just hung around the pools & soaked up the sun !
