the location right in Port Douglas, the spacious appartment and the pool
the fact that we were second floor , had heavy luggage and there were no lift!

The staff were very helpful.....the room was very nice with a spa in which the children enjoyed.Excellant location close to the Marina, the beach and the shopping area.
No wheel chair access the pool closed before the mentioned time.

excellent location.The grounds are set in a lush tropical theme with a nice bali touch. The decking/boardwalk gives it a tree top feel. The rooms are done quite nicely and comfortable with a warm addition of sliding cedar doors. The breakfast is a bit unimaginative.

Close to beach and main shopping strip. Ambience is great.
Beds are rock hard, airconditioner struggles because it is not big enough to cater for the room size. Living area is not comfortable with just a day bed.

Comfortable, good bed, room spa for sore muscles, breakfast by lovely pool setting. Overall, nice ambience, helpful, friendly staff. Excellent location.
We came in after hours and our driver told us about the letter of instructions waiting for us. We would not have known about this otherwise. Also, could use some more path lights as it was hard to see where we were going.
