    Overrated-Melbourne QT is way better!

    No WiFi, poor advertisement, as you cannot access it from the rooms...which makes planning excursions very difficult, touching base at work and keeping in touch with family back home impossible. $118 rate on the app and they charged us $159, as they stated they posted the wrong rate. Not our problem, will never stay here again or recommend it to anyone. Switched my hotels, as a co-worker suggested this place...never again! I am in hospitality-we would never treat guests like this back in the States/NYC.

    the location and despite the amount of families and "young people" at the swim up bar, my room was quiet and I wasn't really disturbed.

    I was only there 1 night but it was very nice.

    Location was very good, facilities (especially the spa) were very good. Had a good resort feel. Good for families. Pool was large enough not to be crowded. Lovely grounds/gardens. Spa facilities for a massage was very relaxing.

    The interconnecting doors (2 bedroom apartment) was hard to open for children. The restaurant was expensive. There could've been more deck chairs/umbrellas around the pool.

    pool complex was great for kids.

    A few dollars should be spent on replacing worn gym equipment. Torn upholstery should be replaced and a fresh coat of paint, would not cost much but make the centre much better than it already is,

    Attractive, well-designed complex. Room was stylish, comfortable, spacious and quiet. We were given a complimentary upgrade.

    Coin-operated laundry was disappointing. There was no soap in the vending machine, and the dryer did not dry our clothes properly.
