The main pool area was absolutely fabulous - the children especially had hours of fun there. Lovely bar area too. We didn't eat at the restaurant, but it was certainly a very nice space.
Our villa (124) was very old and tired/shabby. The furniture in particular (beds and sofa) were extremely uncomfortable. No outdoor furniture or outdoor space and the interior overall was very dark/gloomy. Having the barbeque/outdoor area out of action made this seem all the worse - not having anywhere that we could eat out of doors was very disappointing.
The lagoon pool was fantastic for children and kept them entertained all week.
The carpet in our apartment was very dirty, esp the stairs and the upholstery on the couches was in need of cleaning also. The main upstairs bthroom had t mould in grout that was unnecessary as bthrm really tastefully refurb and quite new.
Value for money and the service was excellent. All the staff were friendly and helpful.
The breakfast was good value with kids eating for free. The pool facilities were great too.
We found the living room chairs and sofa not that comfortable.
The private space.
There were lots baby spiders crawling all over the ceiling of our bedroom. My wife was so scared that we slept in another room.
Being in the middle of low holiday season, the place is quiet
Both the breakfast and dinner choices are too limited.
The pool was easily accessible.
Couches were uncomfortable. Cupboards in kitchen had a musty smell.
The helpfulness of the staff. The surroundings, eg. the gardens and villas were attractive and private. There was also covered parking for the car.
Pleasant and helpful staff, very good facilities in rooms and in the complex generally, close to the beach and a pleasant walking distance from the town centre.
distance to the beach, rooms and pools.
There was not enough crockery and cooking utensils in the appartment.
