Breakfast was ok. Free safety deposit.
Building works going in reception and public areas. Noisy and dirty. Not informed of this. No sitting area or toilets because of the building works, or bar available + had to use next door hotel facilities. Rooms too hot and air-conditioning not effective. Room overlooking busy road and traffic noise+ asked to be moved. Inefficient service, had to ask twice for something and still wrong. Location - too far out from the city

The breakfast was really good, I really loved the pancakes. The location was also central and close to some tourist spots, I was also able to hop on the tour bus just in front of the hotel. The Staff were extremely helpful and friendly.

The room was extremely hot, with no possibility of opening the window (just a tiny bit). We couldn't work out how to make the air conditioning work.
