Hotel Premium Porto Downtown

The man at reception was very helpful on arrival

Although the room was very clean there was a bad smell that came up through the toilet and shower etc .. But mainly the guy who worked the breakfast was so rude !!! Breakfast was from 7.30 - 10.30 and we arrived in the restaurant at 10.15 to find nothing but 2 pieces of bacon left between us and a spoonful of egg that had been sitting there for ages . I asked if we could get some more and he grunted “no , that’s all that’s left “ . I complained at reception which I generally never do . The next morning there was breakfast available and he never said hello , good morning, absolutely nothing !! And at 10.45 walked over to us in the middle of our conversation and said “ the restaurant was closed and we’d have to leave “ I really had to bite my tongue as my girlfriend was with me but I really wanted to tell him what I thought of him . It’s a shame because was a nice hotel overall but I’d never stay here again because of this particular staff member ! Horrible , rude person
