It was the most spacious room(s) ever! Excellent breakfast each morning, very comfortable beds and pillows. Staff was very helpful and courteous.
Our room was quite hot but nothing too really complain about.

Hotel was very clean, beautifully decorated, room spacious.
Loud music all night every night coming from the loudest and biggest club in Prague. Paid extra to have river view and ended up with this noise, wasn't plesant at all. I'm surprised that hotel didnt put soundproof windows to make it less painful. I'd like to say location was great but wasn't if you don't like loud music till 4-5a.m. every night (Saturday - Tuesday). When we arrived to the hotel, we're impressed with it and our room, went out for dinner and came back around midnight and then found out about music. It was Saturday so thought people are having fun, and didn't want to change rooms in the middle of night. Then was Sunday and Monday, again loud music. Didn't ask reception if we can change room, hotel was full and didn't want a hassle with packing and unpacking our stuff again.

We got a corner room on fourth floor. It had a spacious living room area and 2 bathrooms. Breakfast was great and staff were friendly. Very close to Charles Bridge and all main attractions. Only small downside was that english speaking TV channels were limited to news channels.

The property was beautiful and very well maintained. The staff was incredibly helpful, they provided a plethora of information on where to visit and also helped us with booking a guided tour outside the city. The staff also gave us information on traveling to Karlstejn on the bus on our own, I would highly recommend including this trip on you stay in Prague the castle tour was incredible!! The commentary breakfast was very good. Would highly recommend staying at this hotel. The 4th floor has two story units that are extremely spacious. Loved our stay at Charles Bridge Palace!!
There was nothing we didn’t like but it would have been nice to have a TV in the living room and not only the bedroom.

“It’s only 3 minutes from the Charles Bridge which means you can catch the amazing view from it at sunrise, sunset and early evening (we did them all) with no effort. Also the hotel is like a secret treasure, tucked away from the main road, peaceful yet easy to access. The big attractions, the Castle, the St Vitus Cathedral and the Old Town Square are all within easy reach. Trams where needed are regular, quick and close by. Lastly, the staff are all super friendly and efficient... and the breakfast buffet has to be one of the finest I’ve come across. A pleasure to have found it.”
“The location of the hotel is great. It's right next to the Karlov Most (Charles Bridge), and the river. It's also very close to major attractions. It is also next to the road that leads to the castle on a hill. Breakfast was very good with a huge selection.”
