Excellent hotel, very clean and very comfortable rooms. Breakfast was the best. Amazing choices of fresh cooked foods and a great selection of food choices. Good location in a quiet neighborhood. Easy 10 minute walk to the Old Town Square.

After we left the hotel, they extra charged us for a mini bar that we didn't use! Even though we complained, they didn't refund us the money. Very disappointing and unprofessional.

Great location, friendly and helpful staff. they were kind enough to upgrade us to the rooms on top floor with a slanted sun roof. excellent bed and we had 3 nights of good sleep which is very rare for us. breakfast was typical American buffet with good selections of hot and cold food, slightly a bit too saulty for my own personal taste but that's normal here in Czech republic. With what many visitors complain about Czech people tend to be somewhat cold and aloof to visitors, we didn't get that feeling here at all. It was overall very good stay and would definitely stay here again next time. Worth to mention also is that there are a lot of restaurant selections nearby and also a fairly large shopping mall Palladium.
