Location and all rooms were ocean views. The reservation was wrong and checking into the hotel took 2 hrs. Unacceptable in my opinion.
Great views It was overbooked and I didn't get the room I paid for. I'm not sure if this was priceline/booking.com's or the hotel's fault but I was very upset about this confusion and the fact I did not receive the room I paid for.
The tv was terrible no good stations no sports station, the lay out of the resort was great, the entertainment was good, need a little more music during the day around the pool area, my thoughts only, The supes were very good very polite, overall ill give this resort a A- PS the Internet is very weak
New hotel close to Downtown Puerto Vallarta. Excellent accomodations, attentive staff and they definitely thought of everything. Great kids club, Core Zone for teens 13-17 (no adults or kids allowed!). Accomodations are very spacious and nicely decorated. And when it comes to food, there is definitely something for everyone. We ate at 5 restaurants and didn't even cover all of them. And best of all, no reservations required except for the japanese restaurant-because of the teppanyaki tables. Castaways Restaurants was a family favorite and I really enjoyed the local ceviche 'vallarta' style. 2 Weeks later and my family are still talking about the coconut flan! Lobby bar is very impressive. And can't say enough about the Mexican Fiesta. Great food, live Mariachi and a great show. Definitely staying at Now next time we go to PV.
