Pros: Nice clean rooms, fluffy pillows, in room coffee/tea, heated pool/ hot tub, lots of areas to lounge in lobby, free airport shuttle, nice water side walking path, restaurant within walking distance in addition to Hotel restaurant and tiki bar, water view, coffee in lobby 24/7 plus more.

Pros: Staff was wonderful. I was meeting my daughter in Punta Gorda and my flight was delayed. I called the hotel and they let my daughter hang out in the room till my flight came in. The swimming pool was open (as long as we were quiet) till after midnight.

Pros: I was supposed to have a harbor view instead I got a view of the marina but could still see the harbor. For the caliber of the hotel expected A little nicer room as far as amenities and style. Haven’t stayed in a Sheraton hotelfor a long time. Room wasn’t very big compared to other hotels I stay at for lesser price. The location is outstanding with plenty of restaurants in the tiki bar right outside.

Pros: Everything is brand new, it’s extremely clean and the staff is very helpful and friendly. specially Tina!
They also have a good happy hour from 4-7pm inside the hotel’s bar, and TT’s Tiki bar is just outside in the parking lot area.

Cons: The noise of the bathroom barn door when roommates got up at night. Beautiful but loud.
