I loved everything. Just about everything from Manager to Front Desk receptionist to Bell Captain, Messenger, Housekeeping. The Hotel is spotless clean and it's Staff 5*****. Plus, it's safe and o the Heart of Barra da Tijuca in front of the beach.

Use the supermarkets 2 on this road within walking distance. Mc donald and burger king are reasonable in the mall. Head out early for lunch and dinner also pre book ubers and taxis and use the metro and buses they are dirt cheap if your on a tight budget.

The quality of the hotel is very good. The staff is very nice, friendly and helpful. The breakfast is amazing ! A lot of options and fresh fruits The gym is very nice and has a very nice view ! I have spent 2 weeks in total but had to travel in between (I had to check-in and check-out two times). For my last check-in, without asking for, they gave me an upgrade for the room. I had the chance to stay in a very beautiful room with the sea view.

The breakfast was really varied and delicious every morning. We had a family room which was extremely spacious, well laid out and had fantastic views. The pool was very clean and the views were just amazing. The staff throughout the hotel had a really positive vibe which made our stay with them so easy and relaxed. Would fully recommend a stay with them. We stayed for a week so the hotel was tried and tested.
