New facilities and perfect client service. Location is also convenient as you can easily access any other places via public transport. Metro entrance is just outside of the hotel

Loved the staff members they were super helpful and very friendly and yes they're funny too! Beds are super comfortable and location of the hotel is perfect! The Starfield Coex Mall is under the hotel and the station is easy to get too as it is very close to the Coex mall. Upon check in, one of the staff members noticed it was my birthday and had sent me a complimentary cake on behalf of the Intercontinental Hotel which was super sweet!
Wearing a cap while swimming lol and very strange that you have to shower first before swimming in the pool lol the overpriced drinks in the fridge and minibar but didn't touch anything because you can get it cheap at a convenient store which is literally in the hotel on the ground floor.

The quality of food at the hotel was excellent except for the pricing being on the higher side. The Gym facility was excellent with all the equipment. The quality of service and quality of food at the Deli was very good.
The hotel not having a SPA is a huge disadvantage. The last time I stayed I was given an upgrade on my room. However this time although I stayed for much longer this courtesy was not extended to me. Besides this everything else was excellent.

When you want to enjoy the convenience of metropolis, it’s the best in Seoul. Convenient transportation, connectivity, accessibility and comfortability. The only thing with which I was not satisfied is gym and pool. Comparing to Westin Chosun Seoul, two grades down. But generally I was quite satisfied and can recommend my friends as well.
