Clean, friendly, helpful.
Staff was very accommodating. Absolutely no issues at any point. Great bed, great bathroom.
It's not hard to get to the action of the city from here but it's not exactly at your door. Mostly just cafés around, no big restaurant selection.

Faclilities, design, cleanliness were all top class. Good accessibility when the new airport train is in service (2010-12).
The location is a bit bad in terms of restaurants. Staff not very skilled in English.

Excellent location with lots of restaurants and coffee shops on Basement 1 and 2. Access to line 5 and 6 of the subway making it so convenient to get to wherever. The KAL airport limo stops right outside the hotel. Very clean rooms.

“The room was the highlight. There is a very homely feel about the rooms with there lighting, desk and armchair. The set up is perfect to sit in the armchair and look out onto the streets below. The bedding was also very comfortable. Overall, it is one of my favourite places to stay in Seoul.It is also very handy for the subway and the surrounding area has no end to places to eat and drink.”
