Liked the location and the facilities provided in the hotel Liked the fact that we have checked in even though it was 5 hours earlier than our room time Room service staff were very good and responsive in fixing some issues The recreation - animation team were doing there best to have the children entertained .

The hotel facilities are functional but old and needs to be updated The style of furniture needs major change since it lacks renovation and maintenance in some instances The pool timing can be extended for night as well but it's not so by the sunset or even little earlier everyone has to leave the room The food variety and quality are very poor considering this a five star hotel The juice variety were awful and having no freshness at all all packaged juices even the mineral water is not provided in bottles at all you have to fetch it in small glasses and keep getting them like this The simple things like Hummus and Mutabbal are not well prepared or maybe mixed with canned products The salads are not appealing for the eye before you start eating and that is the case for most of the dishes The Chairs in the restaurant and the whole hotel in general are old and have no cushions to support your back The reception is not well air-condishioned since the door of the hotel keeps opening and it was bad having waited The elevator of the hotel isn't air - conditioned and some instances it stopped working The way to the reception isn't well lit and no directions showing the way to the reception for the new people it would be hard The infant chairs are not always clean and they are old and all fitted with tray for the child . The Chefs and the servants weren't The business center PCs are old and needs update 2 PCs only with one mouse ! Even this room was sometimes used by some people as a prayer room! Provision of cash was limited so it's better to have your cash ready or check with your bank if your card can withdraw in Egypt .
