The Gardens and the dedication of the workers to take care of the gardens was impressive The room was very comfortable, the pool water was always crystal clear All in all the property is well taken care of During the nights unlike other beach bars of the other hotels There was always lively entertainment going on at the Marriott beach bar.
We love Egypt and really enjoyed our 15 days stay all the staff were very helpful and we are only writing our honest opinions here to help Marriott staff improve their Great Resort All staff were very helpful except reception staff and the manager was always unavailable The hotel's public bathrooms were not kept clean enough and ventilation is really needed Adding phenolnaphtaline balls to absorb the odors is not a solution at all The lunch buffet was not to our expectation, lots of unhealthy margarine is used in cooking the foods

Not worth the money. The facilities are good and nice but they will add extra charges for everything. The condiments and the water for everyday is also not free. In booking.com its indicated there that the wifi is free. But when you will check out they will fine extra charges for the wifi. If you booked in booking.com for 2 rooms for 4 people the bookings you made will be different from them. And they will tell you that you only booked for 2 people. How come??? So they're going to have an additional charge for the 2 person but you booked for 4 persons
