Everything was great which made me extend my stay two times. Loved the breakfast diversification.

The only concern that I would recommend to improve is the gulf car services

The view from the reception when you look outside is amazing. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The buffet is delicious and there is something for everyone. The little beach is great for relaxing.

Nothing. Just some tips: Wear sunscreen and reapply it often. Bring some mosquito repellent. If you don't like steps, take the bus to go to the main restaurant. Take the all in formula and relax.

me and my husband absolutely loved this resort. It was exquisite !!! Actually, we loved everything. from the welcoming where the staff made sure we are completely relaxed, they sit you down with a welcome drink and some cool towels, Handel your check in without you even approaching the front desk. They take your luggage to the room for you and everything with a smile and without the need to ask. The food is very good both the restaurants and the buffet are high quality and fresh. The pools the beach the service was excellent. Every time I approached the bar to order a drink they asked me to go back to my seat and served me. they also walk around the pool and beach to make sure your not missing a thing. When you go to get your beach towels they come with you to lay them on your tanning bed for you. Also there spa is one of the better facilities I have been to we had an amazing treatment. we had two ladies (I dont remember they’re names) but amazing spa treatments we got from them. There is also an entertaining staff that are really friendly. The snorkeling at the beach is awesome and everything was just wonderful. The staff were amazing from salah the manager who makes sure everything is on board for you till the bell boys, bartenders, waiters Everyone we’re amazing. Thank you amr, Mahmoud, shareef, Rami, Islam, mishmish and the rest of the staff, Sorry if i forget anyone or anything. Outstanding hotel and out standing staff specially front manager office Mr Salah mahdey This first time for me in this hotel and it will not be the last

Absolutely amazing hotel! Team was nice and helpful, our swim up room was totally spoiling experience. Breakfast was good, full with fresh products. Since the moment we arrived Salah and his team took care of us by showing us the hotel, helping us relax after the long ride (from Tel Aviv) and we're very very nice and pleasant. The beach was just totally amazing and we enjoyed the entertainment program (Yoga, volleyball, belly dancing and more). All in all - great value for money, would come again!

We loved almost everything, food in the hotel restaurants could be improved to become more imaginative. Prices of alcoholic drinks were also a little exaggerated compared to local prices. Location is a little far from the center and taxis are quite expensive (10 Euros per ride).
