Pros:The room was small but clean. The mini fridge was large and the full sized microwave was a huge plus. It was easy to locate and the breakfast spread was good for a small motel.
Cons:The heater didn't work hardly at all and was practically impossible to get to actually heat up. The staff didn't check id when checking in or when asking to have the key I lost replaced. It made me uncomfortable that their security precautions were so lax.

Pros:The KC hotel was a great value. Very clean and good location.

Pros:When called after we left they responded with support. We had left a bag in the room's fridge and had a misplaced jacket. They went to the room and retrieved these items and we were able to retrieve them on our return trip. Thanks again to the caring management.

Pros:The room heated up quickly
Cons:There were no pillow cases on most of the pillows in my room. My towels had holes in them. And there was no way for me to hook my laptop up to the TV because they are still using tv's that only have A.V. hook ups. It was just a quiet place to get some sleep.

Pros:Room was Better than expected for the price. A nice surprise.
Cons:Curtains were a bit shabby. TV was old. But for one night it was okay for us.
