Oh my god I have no word she gave me a room which was located upstairs 3th floor but which 3th floor !!! I needed to go upstairs for ever many many stairs with out any kind of hiss facilities I never ever saw something like this in whole my life it was the worse experience ever I was totally shocked I just gave her back the keys immediately and said I don't want this room it impossible to go up and down from the stairs like that I even have a sickness which makes me faint any where anytime so it was life danger for me to do that actually but she said she have only that room not any other room she even said I can't have my money back and the room was totally not redouble wow I was feeling very bad after coming down from all those stairs I asked her if she could give me telefon number to any other hotel she said no she even couldn't talk good English she was just asking what what for simple easy questions

The staff always looked tired and in a bad mood. The breakfast has very limited options. My room was outdated and on top of the toilet ceiling there was a pair of athletic shoes left from previous travellers. on my bath towels I found female hair...

1. The bathroom should have some hanging hooks for neccesaire/ big towel etc ( it has just 2 small for the hand towel ) 2. The corridor door as well as room doors makes a sound if not close well, so the remaining sleeping guest are forced to go out and shut the door after the ones that didnt bother. So a security system which i am sure has its purpose punishes the remaining guest for sleeping and not leaving the door opened in the middle of the night. As u cant avoid idiots as customers i guess its better to uppgrade the door shutting system

There were rude and loud guests who smoked in their rooms and threw all their cigarettes on the hotels’ parkinglot. On our car, on the spot we paid for. Of course this is not the hotels fault but afterwards the staff was unfriendly and they did not do anything to reimburse our costs. They would get back to me via email but it took me more then 3 mails to finally get an answer. They said it wasn’t their fault and they wouldn’t do anything to help us or reimburse the parkingcosts. Rude reply, very bad service.

The walls are very thin so you can basically hear everything, doors closing etc it was disturbing.

It was simply the worst hotel experience of mine and here is why: What is the baseline of staying at a hotel? That you are being able to sleep there. If it fails, then everything else meaningless. There is basically no soundproofing on the room, so hear everything that happens on street like if you were sleeping in the street. Pouring rain, drunken hordes of zombies, traffic and so on. There is no reception nor hotel employees during the night, so if a company decides to throw a frat party in the room above you all night long, on a floor you can't even access - like that happened with us during our stay - there is not much sleep you'll get. Imagine if you have a business meeting the next day... The baseline of a hotel is that you are being able sleep there. This one did not fulfil that criteria. You might want to take this into consideration before you click on purchase button.

It is rather a hostel, not a hotel. The reception was only open from 11 to 16 (due to covid-19 I guess) and there was a writing on the door that breakfast bags are prepared instead of a "normal breakfast". That's ok, we are aware of the pandemic situation of course. The writing said if not told otherwise, they will prepare the bag. On booking.com we asked for a breakfast, we did not write another email, so the next morning we did not get breakfast. I tried to call the number, no answer. We found 2 other phone numbers, nobody answered them either. So I wrote a message on booking.com, they answered within an hour or two, so in the end we could eat the breakfast after a short walk. Normally, on weekdays the breakfast is delivered at 9, on weekends at 11. I asked for an earlier breakfast for saturday, because nobody is having breakfast at 11. Plus we had to leave at around 10. They answered to ask for the time, but did not respond to my message and breakfast did not come. Tried to reach them on the phone, no answer.. As usual :) No problem, after the experiences from the previous day, we rather went to a coffee shop and missed the cheese-sandwitch "brunch". Another anecdote from Saturday, one of the guests has locked himself out on Saturday morning. Because he forgot the key card in the room and went out to the toilett in the early morning. Poor guy was out there for about 3-4 hours when we left (I don't know what happened to him afterwards), because: NOBODY answers the phone! I don't recommend the place, at least not during an epidemic.

Breakfast was fine eventhough the buffet was limited due to corona.

The room, bathrooms (all of them!!) and even the corridor in the hotel was very dirty during our whole stay.

Bathroom and shower door was not cleaned. Floor was sticky. Breakfast area was filthy, so we didn't bother having the breakfast. Lobby smelled of cigarette smoke. Lobby chairs were stained and the whole place was filthy. It was a cheap place to sleep for the night, but NOT family friendly at all.

The receptionist (and only person working as it seemed) acted stressed, rude and didn't really speak either swedish or english at checkin. Expected a double bed, got two singles put together without anything to hold them from spreading apart. Bathroom was small and the floor sticky. Felt like I walked on mushy skinflakes and other secrete of former residents.

The junior family suite is very spacious and stylish. I would recommend it for young people who want to party or impress as they host (if you request clean sheets in advance).

I paid for a double room with bathroom, that was the second cheapest option and adequate for my two nights alone. The room reeked of rotting fish but they denied it without checking. They gave me the room next door to it, which the smell wafted in to. So I on booking.com I ordered an additional smaller room to get away from the smell. They could not refund my payment for the double room and I only needed one room, so they upgraded me to the "junior rumpus room" that has a kitchen, and gave me a slight discount. After I checked out, I read a notice saying they don't change sheets or towels unless requested. Concierge then said "sorry" because I asked her to confirm whether that meant I had showered with some stranger's dirty used towel! So that is plain filthy and it's probably illegal too. Plus there were cigarette butts at the entrance door and a pile of rubbish that looks like it has been there for weeks. You need to request clean sheets and towels before 10pm the previous day and they didn't advertise it online, so you'll probably spend your first night in dirty linen unless you get to read this in time.

Good location, calm and beautiful neighborhood, nice old style building, and charming ceramic heating stow in the room.

Rooms on 3rd floor have a separate entrance and no elevator! This was a very bad surprise for us, coming from abroad and having to carry 3 big suitcases up the stairs! We were 3 guests, and breakfast bags (Covid19 provision) provided only for 2 persons, in spite of highlighting it in our e-mail request, and they were not served on time. Reception hours are during the day when guests are not there, so no staff there in the morning or the evening, and nobody answered the mobile number provided. Room was dusty, bathroom had black mold between the floor tiles, floor was all wet, bathroom sink very small even to wash your hands.

During this pandemic time there was no soap in the toilets! The cup for tea/coffee was not clean. There was no spoon or stick to mix the sugar.

We never saw a member of staff during our 2 day stay and the breakfast was cancelled because of Coronavirus but they only let us know via mail 2 hours before the reception closed and by the time I saw it it was too late to order breakfast bags

Bed was comfortable. A bit harder than usual but I like that. It's good that there's a tea kettle and teabags inside the room.

They charged for "breakfast included" but didn't provide any. Windows was heavily leaking in cold air and room was freezing. Room had thin walls, I could hear everything my neighbour said, even small noises. I woke up in early morning by a loud concrete drill five metres away who kept going and going all until I checked out. And yeah, the lobby receptionist doesn't speak any Swedish. The only toilet on the floor was only cleaned once a day (or less?) because the trash bin was full when I checked in and full with the same trash when I left 24 hrs later.
