Staff, location and cleaness.
The breakfasts room is much much too small ; the architects who conceived it should once have brakfast there and they would understand ; food & staff are excellent but no room to properly display the food and no room enough for guests to move around and properly seat; more a bistrot than a hotel breakfast room ; sorry. To gain seat some guests have to seat in low hall armchairs ; nice design but a hotel should also be functional.

I was upgraded to a suite at the 5th floor. Room was big, comfortable and very clean. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Location was also great.
Bathroom door could not be closed properly. To get to the parking place you need to climb many narrow stairs, carry your luggage in addition is totally bad idea, try to avoid it.
