While I understand that the room has some sort of character, it was VERY dark, facing a construction site and lacking all sorts of comfort.
- after being told at check in that we were “upgraded” for free to a superior room, we landed in room 209, which is not an accessible room, since you have to take the stairs after taking the elevator. The room was VERY dark to the extent we had to use a flashlight to find stuff in our suitcase. It lacked a proper shower/bathtub and was facing a construction site. - the wifi didn’t work properly. You got kicked out of the network every few minutes and had to reconnect. - the bathroom was FREEZING since the heater didn’t work. - the hotel is 15min walk to the centre and for €170 per night it is a total waste of money. - the staff is unfriendly, uninterested and lacked any kinds of skill to deal with our complaints. Never returning.
