Location was amazing and so were the staff.
Hard to get to with a car (call them if you are going with a car). Also car parking is too expensive.

What a delightful hotel!! After a bit of a challenge to get to the hotel we were greeted by young men who took charge of our luggage and car. The reception was very professional and kind. Our room overlooked the canal and canal boats traveling through. The room was new and so clean and spacious. The breakfast buffet was delicious with impeccable service. The location was perfect for walking around Strasbourg.

Centrally located but it's small town so not such a big deal
They claim there are two separate hotels one of which does not have spa facilities - this hotel shows up in free parking and spa filters on booking.com - it's literally a scam. Wifi didn't work in neither of the buildings, staff was made aware but ignored the problem, parking is 40 euro extra per day and only if you book in advance so it's non-existent, for the price there're much better hotels in Strasbourg. Avoid!
