Our room had seaview and how easy it is to walk from the hotel to the beach

The reception personnel failed to see that I booked two rooms (4 persons) because we were together and wanted to spend the holidays together, so they booked the dinner for one room from 18:00 to 19:30 and the other one from 20:00 to 21:30. Clearly this is more like a conveyor belt factory than hospitality service. We were given a bellboy, not that we could say no, and he would show where the rooms were. After he brought us to our rooms was waiting for tips. This made me very uncomfortable and I apologized to him for not having any Bulgarian money on me. He said that's not a problem and he would take any currency. I had given him foreign currency worth of 4 Lev but he seemed very unsatisfied with it... The safe locker in our room was bleeping low battery and in the other room was blocked, so I went to the reception and asked them to put batteries in the one from our room and unlock the other one. I was very disappointed when the receptionist just gave me 4 batteries and the key to unlock the other safe myself... That's not the way to serve your customers. Our bathroom was full of mold, mold on the shower head, on the shower door and in the shower. The smell in the bathroom was awful, like something had died in there. When the neighbors would pull the water, we could hear it because the rooms would share the sewer line. The bathroom was also very noisy from the ventilator. We could also hear the neighbors one. All comments about the bathroom apply for the other room too, but the foul smell was even worse there. The quality of the food is not 4* as they claim and it got worse after the day in which we had to fill in a satisfaction questionnaire. I was disappointed when I saw the bartenders just giving bottles over the counter. How can you check if people shouldn't drink any more if you're just giving bottles away? This is very irresponsible....

The food was good and the facility is big. There are a lot of places for kids. They have a private beach where the sunbeds and umbrellas are free of charge and the personnel there is very helpful. The parking is free of charge

We had to pay extra for the 3 years old children even though we didn't ask for extra-beds and the policy of the hotel said "children are welcome". This was possible because we were charged before the arrival for the room and at the reception we were told to pay extra for children. We paid 30% more. The people at the front-desk were not very helpful. Except for the above mentioned case when they just told us that the can't do anything and this is the policy of the hotel, they were not able to tell us if we can extend the stay for one more day. We asked this in the evening before last day and the said either that the manager is not there or that they would check in the morning of our last day (when we had to carry our bags to the car already). The hotels have a lot of facilities and places for kids, but they are not properly handled. For instance the working hours for the slides and water running is just between 10 - 12 and 15 - 17 sharp. And the water in kids pool is very cold. Much colder than the one for adults and way more colder than the sea.
