Fantastic location on waterfront with lots of great restaurants and cafes nearby. View from small balcony was great. The restaurant is good and the building has lots of character. Beautiful views also from roof terrace. Breakfast was great, including warm pastel de nata! Staff very helpful.
Shower temperature was a little difficult to get correct. No kettle or coffee/tea facilities in the room.

Breakfast was plentiful and varied. Rooms very clean, maybe a little retro but added to charm. Plenty of wardrobe space and coat hangers. Bed comfortable, aircon good
Had rooms on first floor - would not fancy heavy suitcase up 3 floors.

Good location by the river and next to the boats. Clean and nice hotel with sunny terass on the roof. Easy to park on free parking space near hotel.

breakfast is good. Location is great. Very nice staff. Room with balcony with river view. Good restaurants with tasty seafood dishes.
Slamming doors by some of the guests, which is annoying in the late evening or early morning. Value for money is not good, I mean we enjoyed our stay and the place is nice, but we felt the room prices were too high for the area, Outside street area gets busy as place is very close to the ferry stop to Tavira island and also due to the restaurants. Beach at Tavira island was full with green algae, not only on the sand but also in the water, which is rather unpleasant. In addition, the sea water temperature was very cold (ca. 17 °C), this was unexpected.
