Dream Island Hotel

Airport pick up was reliable and easy. Check in was welcoming and easy. Room had beautiful view and a Patio or terrace. Room was small but workable and very clean. Bed was comfortable and shower was hot with good water pressures. Quiet. Loved that there was a clothes drying rack on patio that folded down. Pool was beautiful and had very comfortable space and view. Breakfast buffet was awesome with wonderful selection of everything including eggs. . Location was excellent . 3 minute walk to town. Going in was down hill. Return was steep uphill. Family run and wanted us to enjoy our stay.

No drawers for clothes . Safe in closet had poor access. Little floor space in closet to place packing cubes with clothes being there were no drawers. Only had 2 outlets. None to plug in own hairdryer Had to unplug fridge to use second outlet. It required a dance.

Lovely breakfast including several home made cakes and pastries. Super quiet location but only about 5 minutes from town centre.

Breakfast was amazing! dozens of different delicious pasties and cookies, 4 egg selections, meats, cheeses, fresh fruits especially terrific watermelon. Juices and coffee also wonderful.

The room smelled like a basement, but someone who lives in Santorini says that's what cave rooms smell like and that is typical. It was not a great smell, although the room was very clean, location great, and breakfast was the best.

The staff were very friendly and helpful and the location was ideal. The room was very spacious and we had a lovely view of the ocean. The breakfast was nice and there was plenty choice. We would definitely recommend friends and family to stay here.

The only small thing was that it was more like apartments than a hotel.
