Really good location, next to the metro. Nice views from the room, the hotel overall was pretty and there where nice amenities in the room..
Rooms are really small, we booked an extra big room as said on booking. Com Apparently it just means the bed is 10cm bigger No closet space, no hairdryer...

It was conveniently located near a subway station but you have to keep going Yoyogi/Shinjuku stations to get to the connecting trains to more touristy places like Shibuya.
The staff at the reception should be a little more welcoming. Perhaps I caught them when they’re having bad days, whatever their excuse was; their cold demeanour is a turn off especially in Japan when everyone else is so polite.

Convenient location: being across the road from Nishi-shinjuku-gochome station (~15min to Shinjuku).
No safe provided. Heating only aircon (no cooling). Also be advised the hotel charges 1000 yen if you want to check-in early by 30 minutes - which I thought to be ridiculous given the room was ready (have had numerous experiences checking in a tad bit early for no cost).

The bed were super comfy, the pillows needed some more support for me but I have a thicker pillow at home, so it is all preference. My fiancé and myself love that there is a Onsen that we have access to, especially after a long day of sightseeing, we needed to soak our bodies.
Our room is on one end of the building away from the elevators and the WiFi connection was a bit spotty. I felt like we didn’t get the best WiFi connection we could’ve had if we were closer to the center of the building.

Nothing. This place is the only corrupt experience I had in Japan.
Had to cancel since they only have smoking rooms (not mentioned on reservation), and they wouldn’t refund. Had to go through my credit card to dispute. After they appealed (without evidence), when asked for evidence they didn’t have to support their “claim”, money was refunded.
