TV in the bathroom was nice and the toilets very clean also i like the good services from personal SPA & breakfast

The tables in the restaurant do not have table cloths, therefore the restaurant feels like a cheap canteen with very elegant waiters (quite a funny picture). This is unacceptable even for a 3 star hotel, not to mention a 5 star hotel. The TV in the room is set on a wall which is parallel with the length of the bed. Therefore, a person that lays on the bed and tries to watch TV must turn his had 90 degrees in order to look at the TV, which is a very uncomfortable position. But I guess not all hotel managers understand simple things; some need a drawing to understand the most basic things about how the objects in a room should be arranged. From now on, I will avoid this hotel as much as possible. :)

A lot of kids in the hotel but..since is not adult only I wouldn't say that is downside for the hote.
