It was my first time in Venice, and I actually wasn't aware that this hotel is not very close to Venice. We had to take everyday the vaporetto - roundtrip - and thus we spent more that we planned to spend. The hotel was good, clean, and everything was pretty fine. The second thing that I didn't like, besides position, was the rude way that the person who constrained to carry out luggages behaved with us.

Nice 4-star hotel in a very quiet area away from the crowds. The building it's quite old-fashioned but still the rooms are nice and well insulated. Staff is super nice and polite. Would book without doubt when back in Venice. We had early check-in the last day and they arranged a packed breakfast for us!
Breakfast was ok but we missed more variety.

Good clean hotel, staff excellent. Buffet breakfast. As others have said, bedroom too warm. I suggest you get a full briefing of the controls on arrival. Room serviced every day, if you want. Bedroom quite small, bathroom excellent Location is very good, nice shops around hotel and beach is 10 min walk. Only 4 min walk from pedestrian ferry
