Fantastic position 300 yds from St Marks square, the hotel is beautiful great decor, we had dinner in the hotels sister hotel restaurant which was great really good food and the staff were great. we had a suite which for the price was brilliant, the breakfast was everything you could wish for. Great place Venice is amazing.

I liked the breakfast, there was many options. I would be full until about 3pm. I loved that they cleaned the rooms twice a day....but for people that love to feel at home in hotels, this may be a con. I loved the proximity to everything, and mostly the major attractions, like the St. Marcos square, and the bridge. All within 3-5min walk. Lots of restaurants nearby, and so many choices. The staff members were amazing, and courteous. Always willing to help, and go far and beyond.
No pressing iron in rooms, and non available upon request. You have to pay extra money to have your clothes ironed, and each piece will cost you about 7euro and over, depending on the type of clothing. I have never experienced that before in any hotel I have stayed in, and I have stayed in a lot of hotels.
