The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was comfortable with a great bath. The location next to the old town is great for a walk and access to bars and restaurants.
The restaurant was not available for the Christmas period and the room service minimal. The promised Turkish bath was a small sauna.

Pretty and nice and in a great location. The waiter in the dinning area was great.
The door to our balcony did not lock. We had to move to another room. There was no one on staff to help move the suitcases to the second room. They did not clean our room the first day we were there. I had to call and ask them to come clean and bring towels.
