Studio rooms are definitely not hotel rooms. NO SOUNDPROOFING AT ALL. Would have expected that the room would have been checked by a HK or supervisor as the tv wasn’t working when we arrived, had to also ask to have heating turned on. Definitely does not do justice to the Sercotel brand.

The bed is amazing, lights, the view is beautiful. The bathroom is pretty good too
The localization is far from the beach, but is near from the sea (Porto). There was construction noise all day

I booked the "junior suite" because of the pictures that seems to be with the view to the ocean. But it's not!

Staff were friendly and helpful. Decent location for the town centre. The lobby looks nice. Good black-out curtains.
Walls are paper thin, could hear the tv and people in the next room, all the doors opening and closing in the corridors and what sounded like people rearranging furniture in some other room. After finally getting asleep, then got woken up at 6 in the morning by the radiator in the room making a repetative banging noise. The rooms don't deserve the 4 star rating.
