Pros:the location was good.
Cons:the A/C was marginal at best, and extremely noisy. The towel bar was broken. The floor was uneven and wobbly. The room was NOTHING like the picture. There were very few electrical outlets and only the one in the bathroom could be reached without crawling under things. The breakfast was pathetic. Parking was nightmarish. There were light leaks around the door, yet the door stuck. The bathroom door jammed and stuck. We didn't attempt to turn on the TV or microwave, so we cannot comment.

Cons:Was solicited by a prostitute staying in the room next to us, walls were thin and could here her with her customers all night long! Thank god our kids weren't with us on this trip!

Cons:Police (3 patrols) on site at time of arrival (Sat., 9:30p). Awakened 2am woman (clearly substance-impaired) pounding on late-arrival window (25 ft from my 1st flr. room) demanding mgr call 911 b/c "phone is dead", yells to him "I refuse to stay here" & wants him to "call me an Uber". 4am young man woke me by knocking on my door & fled when I opened door. After too little sleep found AM ammenities woefully minimal.

Cons:I might as well write you a list: 1. Beds were dirty 2. The stairs are breaking apart 3. No elevator and I am disabled 4. No holder for toilet paper 5. Walls dirty 6. Windows dirty 7. Staff was rude 8. Sketchy people outside 9. Ice machine almost took my finger off 10. Pool looked like I would catch a disease if I swam 11. Was the worst part of my trip

Cons:Blood spatters on the door. Room dirty. Phone broken microwave had no door refrigerator broken and smelly. Asked to have it repaired and got yelled and cussed at. Asked to move and they said there no room and them refused to talk to me after. They need to be removed as an option from your website

Pros:The hotel is clean a little run down but clean, good location for downtown Visalia.
Cons:People were yelling and crying all night and tweakers but for the price you can't expect much else.

Cons:Photos were not of this locations rooms or lobby. This Luton is much older and smaller. Lobby was closed before 830 pm so I had to check in through a window. Went to have breakfast at 9am the next morning and found a sign in the lobby that breakfast was only served from 730am to 830am. But since I was not allowed in the lobby the night before I had no way of knowing. Also, Over half of the tv channels had horrible reception. Also had a mildew smell.

Pros:One of the cheapest options.
Cons:This was such a scary looking room. Walls were a disgusting orange and there was peeling paint every where. There was some sort of blood looking splatter on the ceiling and graffiti on the bathroom door. Some of the residents looked pretty shady too. Unless you're that hard strapped for cash I would urge you to stay elsewhere.

Pros:The location was nicely in the mid part of town which gave us easy access to our destinations. I also liked the price, but will probably go a bit more expensive next time so I feel more comfortable with the quality.
Cons:This place just seemed pretty dirty and it smelled musky or of mold. The bathroom was pretty dirty looking and feeling as well as the bedding. There was no sheet that wrapped around the corners of the mattress, just a normal sheet which kept sliding off, exposing the nasty mattress. There was no closet. I will not be staying here again.
