Staff is professional and welcoming. Checkin was pleasant, we were offered the services we wanted, and provided with all the information on request. Checkin was fast and on time. Location is fair – it's not the city center, but is a lively neighbourhood with plenty of active life around. A few shops are nearby as well, as well as a large sports center – which is why hotel is famous for hosting sports professionals from across many industries.
The hotel does not have cooling in winter, and the air conditioning has no cooling option in winter months. Only heating was possible, and it was already hot. Ventilation is also affected. It was February and it was very, very hot in our room with no air circulation other than the window. We had to keep the window open all night, and it wasn't very pleasant as a result.
