Premium economy on Emirate A380 is simply the best non-business class product. In fact its probably better than many business class if the seat isnt lying flat. The food and service is close to perfect!

My parents travelled through emirates for the first time. They were happy with the service provided and the travel.

Boarding took forever! Was disappointed at checkin that they did not let me pay for an upgrade for my mother who has bad legs ! There was a seat available but they kept saying you need points ! I think that’s total BS! I had the money to pay and they made it so so difficult! Mean while onboard there’s a video showing pay upgrades available!!!!! The exit row seats we are were ok but super narrow ! Staff is wonderful

Everything was excellent. It would be nice if bigger and obese people would take two seats. The guy next to me was obese and I was squeezed into my seat. His big shoulders forced me to constantly move away from him since he spread into my space as well

Wuhan - Dubai. Old plane: 1. Only USB charger. No power outlet to plug in.. 2. Super narrow seat layout 3. Toilet cover consistently fell down and hit my back when sitting on it.. :( 4. Entertainment system touch screen not sensitive, and need to press hard or use finger tips to hit. Crew were very nice and accommodating though.

No red vine, no whiskey, no vodka. No that I wanted all of them at once but still...

During flight, some passengers perform stomping leg exercises which disturb the comfort (I.e. sleep) of other passengers.

No good but was short flight. Both of our China Southern flights were on time. No surprises.

The food was perfect. The boarding process is a bit long. Given the late boarding time, I felt very tired by the time I was seated.

Quality flight from start to finish. Customer service is evidently very important to this company. The staff really exceeded expectations.

Traveling with the Chinese airlines , their service superior to the US Airlines , they are much more friendly and the seats are comfortable , In the past I flew with United , now ,United Airline will become history for me .

Asian Veng meal have Non Veg items which is not ok. Pure veg meals option are too less and they have inclusion of Vedgan and Lactos etc... which is taste less

Boarding delayed, no communication. I left the lounge, and heard a final call, boarding started after a 30 minutes.

Overall good but staff in the place looked extremely tired after 8hrs in 14 hrs journey and then service was cut short and response time for calls increased in later part of flight. Food was ok not astonishing

Luggage handling was very very bad. Damaged my new Calvin Klein bag and delayed another. Still did not get it since 2 days. Worst airlines and service.

Better service is needed. I booked for Qatar but I was switched to American way after I bought my tickets.

Food could be much better. Entertainment needs lot of improvement. The luggage came out open with broken bags. The flight landed at 3:15 PM in US and by the time bags came out it was 5:15 PM or so. Staff at airport was aggressive and not polite.

I encountered challenges with the boarding staff during the boarding pass issuance process, leading to disagreements. Despite my agent's information that carrying a small cabin bag along with a separate bag containing my laptop and purse was permitted, the boarding staff did not allow it.

Qatar Airlines code share with Indigo has been a terrible experience for me on these notes: 1. Indigo changed by flight without informing me of the change, they did not ask me if I am okay with the change. I discovered this change when I was trying to do online check-in through the Qatar mobile app. When I called Qatar customer support, they mentioned Indigo changed my flight due to the original flight being cancelled, but the fact is that flight was scheduled and departed correctly, it was never cancelled. 2. When asked why my flight was changed without informing me, they mentioned that they sent email/phone call to my travel agent, and it is was my travel agent that did not inform me, which again was another false statement. 3. I called Qatar Airlines (third call on the day of my trip) to request them to put me back on the same flight, they mentioned that they could for an extra $2500, as the original class I was booked on was not available, we are still talking economy only not business class, I said no way. 4. I called the travel agent, and they mentioned that they will work with Indigo and asked me to be prepared to travel on the later flight I was bumped to. While I was making my hotel/taxi arrangements for the new flight, I got a call and email saying they were able to get me on the original flight with no extra cost. So, after 2+ hours of talking to customer support, and a lot of stress on my last day of vacation, I flew back as originally scheduled, but this nightmare is just a horrible experience that I will never fly on Indigo/Qatar again. This was a really enjoyable flight. Even though I was in economy, I had a great deal of leg space, I had a nice meal, and the flight staff was helpful and friendly. A really great flight.

Good range of movies but lacking decent tv shows. Wifi was really expensive on this flight, considering flights under 7 hours have a $9.99 USD charge for streaming, to jump up to $24.99 for a 7 hour 40 flight seemed a little bit of a rip off. Staff are inattentive, and really need to improve on the customer experience.

The staff was very nice and polite but it was very very hot and no ways to have some fresh air. It would be nice to have more time to sleep since it was a night flight

My wife and I were upgraded to Business Class on our Dublin-Abu-Dhabi flight on the 22nd of January. Being served by "Mariyan" (not too sure about her name, she's from Tunisia) was the real highlight of our flight, she deserves to be working with etihad. We are looking forward to the next upgrade as we are flying back to Dublin on February 01, 2024. If I am not mistaken we have just reached GOLD status as Etihad Guests.

Ripped off and broken seats in Business class. Seats stink and need to request the staff for additional bedsheets. Crew if very friendly though

Sits are very uncomfortable Don’t feel like to travel in Etihad. It was 1st time we traveled in Etihad now we decided we don’t want to travel in Etihad.

The flight was small and was not cool very bad

It feels like the seat did not have any cushion just plywood. The seats are so compact that I could not even move at all and I am slim. Just imagine someone else. Singapore Air and Emirates are far far better than this. Do not even travel for free. For a 12 hour flight sitting on a plywood is horrible experience and on top of that the person at checking counter at NY was worst and rude. Plus they charge arms and leg for everything. I think they would also start charging for belts and oxygen also soon. First and last time flying with Ethiad.

Good leg room and I picked the seat in last 24 hours. Food was tasty with 2 full meals and first one smaller. The crew as expected courteous and on their toes serving extra water and items in between.

The flight was cancelled without any reason. But the next flight to Shanghai has to be cancelled to pay penalty.

Flight was fine, however we were not able to check in online, this adds to travel stress. Luckily check-in at Heathrow was quick, but we did not get the seats we paid extra for. We paid for a window and 2 aisle seats from Shanghai to Tokyo leg, but they changed us to middle seats. Not good :(

Again, I was presented with birthday pastries two times as a celebrated my birthday on both legs of my trip. I will keep flying to China using China Eastern airlines. As they made this trip a special one thank you.
