Cons: They had 0 entertainment on an 8 hour flight. Tv turned off. One small meal after 20 minutes of flying. Would not fly with scoot again.

Cons: I paid for priority boarding but could not find the queue easily to check in as well as there was no priority boarding line up during boarding. My seat did not decline at all. I paid for a window seat but got a completely blank wall. Flights were late.

Cons: I wasn't given a second boarding pass for my next connecting flight and they only sent my luggage to my first destination instead of my final destination. So in my first destination I had to exit, collect my luggage, check in all over again and go through customs and passport control again. It was a nuisance and security was suspicious that I didn't go straight to transit.

Cons: More leg space on the economy seats, It makes you wish you could afford the upgrade to business class.

Cons: Too cold on the plane, air is very dry, seats are very uncomfortable. The seats are hard. No cushion. No foot rest. Cup holders don’t work properly and my drinks tilt and spill. Bathrooms are dirty. Not baby friendly. Food is poor quality. I didn’t get a drink during my meal. I had to flag a flight attendant down to get juice.

Cons: Forget trying to get through Manila airport. The transfer process is worst in the world. Terminal 1 to 2 takes 2 hrs min.

We were coming from international flight and did not have to pay for baggage’s . Had I been informed of baggage cost I would have selected a different carrier.

Pros: The crew were super patient (a must when dealing with the quality of passengers from Trichy who were lacking in manners and etiquette).

Cons: Boarding was chaotic. The majority of passengers seem to not be used to the normal manners and etiquette of queuing and it was chaotic with pushing. Some discipline and order needs to be enforced by ground crew (and this will no doubt make the cabin crews' lives easier).

She said but in Mla she assigned wheel chair but when in Manila they said Scoot did not assigned wheelchair inmy ticket. Most of the female crew would walk past passengers who had their seats reclined or in the toilets and other situations and wouldn’t notice (during take off and landing) and the guy would come past later and do her job for them. Ground staff in Bangkok

Cons: The whole experience was terrible. Scoot decided to - delay flight by 45 minutes without telling me. I discovered this by checking myself - chartered a Singapore Airlines Boeing 777-200 and then reduced then quality of every Business Class service (no entertainment system videos or music, no alcohol or soft drinks - only water, only Economy class food. There was no apology from Scoot (who are a subsidiary of Singapore Airlines) and none from Singapore Airlines. There was no suggestion of any refunds or other compensation. Truly a disgrace. I will never fly on either Singapore Airlines or Scoot airline again. I am seeking further compensation through Australian Fair Trading and through Class Action Lawyers (as this impacted every passenger on this flight, not just Business Class)

Pros: Because I had missed my original connecting flight, the airlines booked me at an overnight hotel and my new flight seat number was premium economy. This was fine in the end, but in the moment I practically cried.

Cons: Flight was delayed and was not able to catch up my cebu flight. I was accommodated in a flight about 5 hrs after my original mla ceb flight and was not allowed access to PAL lounge as I was told I only have an economy flight. Very frustrated considering I flew as a PWD.

They told us to transfer to a different location for lounge access then we were denied after we paid for it. They didn’t do anything to correct the mistake. Very unfortunate despite speaking to many managers.

Pros: The Chinese people were wonderful! But I was required to pass thru security checks 3 times arriving. 3 times transiting and 3 times leaving. At customs, transit and departure. No common sense to their process only"letter of the law". For example I was taking beef jerky to my friends in Thailand but the Chinese security has a meat sniffing dog and they confiscated it as well as the girl in front of me More than $100 worth of jerky. They should have given it back at departure gate. I had to buy more in their duty free shop. Also they cancelled my flight without advising me but did get me on Thai airways later that day. Too much hassle to Transit China

Cons: The pineapple went bad...and it was just served. Also a tiny pastry, it had a flavor that the nuts had been sitting for a while.
