Cons: The flight delayed for 5 hours and then cancelled. While I understand this happens, it was completely unorganized. They didn't have any plans to try to get people on other flights (passengers ended up organizing this), they provided a hotel but we had to sit there for over an hour while they tried to find one, and when trying to get flights gets the next day, staff was not proactive...the only way people got rebooked was if they told them what to do.

Cons: Don’t really like because I had booked RB from kayak and they never give any e-ticket number nor booked number and made me cannot check in online and need to wait for almost 30mins just to get the check in, Hope when you have a corporate with another online company please let them provide any e-ticket number or booking reference number, thanks

Pros: I got the bulkhead seat, so legroom was superb. The inflight dinner was also good (vegetarian gnocchi).

Pros: The crew was very helpful, provided ear plugs as needed. One passenger on our row was very demanding and the crew accommodated his request for drinks, etc. The tray for 44C was inclined, the food tray kept sliding. The crew tho had a solution, adding a magazine to prevent he slide. Food was good.

Pros: Dreamliner appears to have more room, the seats recline to a greater angle, and it is not cold like a lot of other planes. Cabin crew were friendly, helpful and attentive. The break up of flight legs between Australia and U.K. into 3 legs of 7 or 8 hrs is a great alternative to the 1x9hr & 1x12hr.

Cons: The entertainment system functionality is great, but choice was a bit poor, although numerous. Food generally quite good, only one meal I was disappointed with.

Pros: The crew attention to the customer is top notch. I traveled with China Southern, Delta and Virgin Atlantic but by far Xiamen Air out performed them all.

Cons: The occasion freezing of the entertainment system must be addressed. I did inform the crew and they did try their best to resolve the issue without success.

Pros: The plane was new, the plane was clean, and all the airline hostesses were not 65 years old. Oh and everyone complaining about the visa requirements for China. Bend over a take one for the team like a man just Go to a travel agent in any in China Town. $100 US will get you a bias good for 10 years and it only take a week. Otherwise fly Delta for $1200.

Cons: I paid for priority boarding but could not find the queue easily to check in as well as there was no priority boarding line up during boarding. My seat did not decline at all. I paid for a window seat but got a completely blank wall. Flights were late.

Cons: Flight was delayed by 45 minutes due to **insert one of many excuses here** and then Jetstar misplaced my luggage ( I arrived at 3 pm into Melbourne and my luggage arrived 10.30pm so I spent one of my two nights waiting for the bag to show up)

Cons: Check and bag drop. Four people stood at the desks waiting til The exact min two hours before to drop bags. Time came they ignored everyone and they finally started. They were not that kind. They could take some lessons from NZ air.

Cons: At Sydney, 6-7 check-in agents for probably 400+ passengers, nearly an hour wait. Airline model is cheap seats, then charge like hell for everything else. Want seat selection or movies or preassigned seat or uncramped seat? Pay up. Ended up assigned next to toilet on a 10-hr red-eye flight.

The TV screen has no angle adjust - problem when the passenger in front recline the chair. Cover for toilet seat does not stay when opened - keep falling on the user. Food was disappointing. Served rather late. Need more enthusiasm in the service. Service as usual cold. They need training in hospitality. They ran out of the health check form - obvious lack of attention (ignorant) in service.

Cons: I was seated in the middle of the cabin, where it is rows of four seats, and the way the space under the seats in front of them were divided caused there to only be three separate and staggered places to put carry-on bags. With all four of us in my row needing to put bags under there, it was dicey.
