Cons: City of Yulara had a city wide communications failure. Other airlines had backup plans to get passengers out with a manual procedure. Jetstar didn't have a manual process and failed to get us on the plane. I missed my connection and they didn't help with my lost ticket. I ended up buying a new international ticket.

Cons: Waited a very long time to get off the plane & be shuttled to the terminal - 20-30 minutes. Flight attendants shouldn't have to go all the way up front or to the back to bring me a cup of tap water. They could have a pitcher or bottle handy for those not purchasing drinks or food.

Pros: My partner and I are very tall, so the flight attendant moved us to an exit row free of charge. It might have been a glitch in the system, but we got to use the entertainment system for free and it had a good selection.

Pros: I have been traveling at least 4 times in a year for last 20 years. I never had such a worst staff specially the Msnager of Fiji airline ground staff at Sydney airport named Christopher. Such a rude ignorant person. The amount of luggage including baby stroller I traveled from Los Angeles to Nadi. Nadi to Sydney was perfectly fine. When I checkin from Sydney to los angles, the Fiji manager said you have to pay for stroller. I said I came all the way from Los Angeles to Sydney like that and I even showed the tags too, Christopher said Sydney has different policy. I left the stroller to him and Saud to him keep it for your kids and came back home without baby stroller.

Pros: One of the smoothest landings I’ve ever extin my life! The food was excellent- all our children ate from 17 down to 2. We were provided blankets and pillows (which you sometimes can’t get on other airlines). Would fly with them again for sure - great budget airline
Cons: We had about a 35 minute wait once on the plane before we could take off. Not sure why it took so long (other than they said we were number 7 for takeoff). Also once we went through airport security and sat around we had to go through security again before getting to our waiting area (or hold area) but we had to throw out our water. Not sure why seeing as we purchased the water in the airport.

I had flight from Syd to delhi, flight was via Kul so staff was asking us again and again for Malaysia visa. Also they didnt gave us Kul to delhi boarding pass. We called air asia senior then she came she allowed to go go on last moment. i told them many time we have transit only at KUL so we dont beed visa, they didnt have knowledge so they dont want to understand. Thanks god senior came and told them to give us boarding pass otherwise we gonna miss the flight. At kul airport also staff asked why u didnt get kul to del boarding from syd. We explained him and he issue boarding

Pros: The actual flight was really fantastic, food was warm, flight was relatively comfortable/smooth, entertainment at least for me was good, since they had a decent amount of Japanese music to choose from, and the attendants were friendly and nice. Everything was 100% on time as well. I could complain more about tiny tiny things, but for $500 I felt I got a lot better service than United on an equivalent route.
Cons: Seats were slightly stiff, but not too bad. Only bigger issue was upon boarding all the people lined up in a 100+ yard line and caused a bit of commotion instead of waiting for their seat numbers to be called and forming a small normal line. This is in no way the airline's fault, and they tried to make it work in spite of the people doing it, but as a Westerner this was confusing.

Pros: I was excited to come back to the USA after a long vacation. When we arrived at the airport, the security started asking me questions immediately even before I checked in. They demanded I show them the ticket before it was even printed. When I explained that I was trying to check-in for the first time. They told me I was going to be reviewed upstairs and put a sticker in my passport. I proceeded to check in and just walked thru the normal security measures. After scanning my bags in security, I discovered there was no security meeting and proceeded to my gate. After the gate, everyone in line was subjected to a second security screen. This was a manual search and all articles were removed and repacked again. Then we proceeded to the plane entry where everyone needed to verify passport and ticket again. Later in the flight, I was having indigestion problem from my documented medical acid reflux problem and asked for a cup of water. He said sure and walked away. He never came back again.10 minutes later, I pressed the attendant call button again. 10 minutes later and no one came over. 15 minutes after that Albert came back over and said, "I see you have your call light on, please put your seat back up again." I can complied and he immediately turned off the light and walked away. 10 minutes later, Albert came by with the water cart and parked it right behind my seat. He proceeded to hand out water to everyone behind my seat. 30 minutes later the water cart arrived and I finally received my water (75 minutes after I asked!) Thanks Albert, I'll be following up with your management to see that disciplinary action is taken.

Pros: The Chinese people were wonderful! But I was required to pass thru security checks 3 times arriving. 3 times transiting and 3 times leaving. At customs, transit and departure. No common sense to their process only"letter of the law". For example I was taking beef jerky to my friends in Thailand but the Chinese security has a meat sniffing dog and they confiscated it as well as the girl in front of me More than $100 worth of jerky. They should have given it back at departure gate. I had to buy more in their duty free shop. Also they cancelled my flight without advising me but did get me on Thai airways later that day. Too much hassle to Transit China

Cons: The flight left before we get there. I had to book a train ticket to my final destination because I have to be in Fuzhou that day. I was told by the airline that I would be reimbursed the air fare from Xiamen to Fuzhou.

Cons: No show caused by death. Charged 7000 Yen (~100 AUD) for flight change to a 5 hour slower flight route. Manager told me he had discretion to waive it but "had to make some money on the flight". Disgusting.
Cons: The flight was freezing. The air conditioning was up way to high. Everyone on the plane was too cold. We were coming from Summer heading to winter and were still in summer clothing. I had a travel blanket, but still was shivering with the cold during the flight. Many people complained, and it was turned down for an hour or so but then it went back to freezing.

Cons: This was my first time flying with Jetstar and like many other reviews have stated, the luggage fees are absolutely ridiculous. I had one suitcase which cost me close to $300 AUD, just insane considering it was an international flight. I later found out from another passenger that you have to purchase luggage online - this wasn't clear to me when I booked my ticket. I also didn't realize you have to pre-book your meals. They had "snacks" you could purchase, though they ran out of what I wanted so I settled for a less than satisfying cup of noodles and a tiny meat pie. I was starving on a 10 hour flight! That, plus our delay sitting on the tarmac for an hour, coupled with atrocious customer service (anytime you asked for something, you were clearly "bothering" them) and dirty seats/trays, made this the worst flying experience I've ever had.
