All the staff I came into contact with were wonderful, and made the difference to my experience. I had asked for help with an early check-in, and they did their utmost to accommodate which I appreciated. Overall I enjoyed my stay, but I had two rooms with different experiences. This is purely personal peeve, but room service trays sat outside doors along the corridor and seemed to take a long time before they were collected. I hate looking at food scraps on the floor :|Read more
The property is well kept for its age. The room was spacious. Daily breakfast was good but nothing exceptional. Staff was friendly.
The price is on a higher side for what it offers. Breakfast selection could have been improved. Pool area is not supervised so always have to be on guard when going in with the kids
Toilets in apartments usually do not have exhaust. Aircon not able to adjust. Toilet seats not auto. No place to recharge phones, tablets...No Wi-Fi. Not easy to use kettle. Doors are chipped and dusty. Some parking place have water leaking as well as the area near the pool.
All mentioned earlier.
Would not recommend the buffet breakfast if you’re pregnant. The “hot” items were cold, I could only eat the fruit as a safe option. When I immediately advised management about it they said they would look into it but still proceeded to charge us full price. I was told they’ve talk to the head chef but then they said they were too busy to follow up with it. Disheartening.
The staff was extremely nice. The food was exceptional. The room was clean, and the bed was very comfy

Lovely pool.
Got food poisoning. I reported it immediately to the front desk who said they’d call us back, but we did not hear from them. I followed up with an email after returning from our trip. Four weeks later I received a call from Imperial saying they could not be sure it was food poising. We had another excellent stay at The Imperial. The customer service levels were excellent. Hotel and room were very clean as per usual. Food was great. Looking forward to my next booking at this hotel.
