Hector from the airport who helped us resolve our problem.Cons:
The hertz where I was sent to pick up my car was closed. I paid $60 in Uber rides and had multiple people tell me they weren’t going to help me because they weren’t responsible for the issue. The issue they speak of is their own store was closed !Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Able to get us a rental last minute. Did have a long line of customers waiting.Cons:
Said no to the insurance and the agent even repeated it back that I didn’t want it but was still charged 29.99 a day for it.10.0 Wonderful

Cons:
Reservations mean nothing at Enterprise. I reserved a standard car and when I arrived I was told they didn't have any standard size cars available. They would have to put me in a Jeep Compass at my cost ($130 more for the week). After 1 hour of waiting and talking with employees they put me in a smaller car (Corolla) for the same price. I reached out via FB to Enterprise and was told someone would review this and get in touch. Nope, nothing. Will not rent from Enterprise again.Thrifty
