I rented from the DIA location even though I wasn’t traveling in from a flight. The person dropping me off couldn’t find an appropriate place to drop me off without driving over the strips. They ended up dropping me off on the street. Next, when I got in the vehicle, it was filthy. There was coffee spilled all over the dash and both front doors. Additionally there was empty water bottles and trash throughout the entire vehicle. I can detail exactly where the previous renter took the vehicle based on the remnants left behind. Lastly, the windshield was covered in big guts. If I plan to rent a vehicle, I don’t expect to have to detail it before I use it. This was a waste of my travel time to have to go your job for you.Reviewed 3 June 2024

We were misled into taking an EV even though we had booked a gasoline car. And this is inspite of them knowing we would be traveling from SF to LA as car drop was at LA. We also pointed out our route including Yosemite. They told us we needn't worry as the car goes from 0-80% charging in 15 min on a fast charger. We struggled across the 7 days as charging was slow and the range on full charge was only 140 miles on the Subaru. Very unethical and misleading team at this branch.Reviewed 1 June 2024
